It's a beautiful home on Key Biscayne with a view that will take your breath away. Take a look -- it's tonight's Luxury Living.
(WSVN) -- He's the man behind Coconut Grove's Mutiny Hotel...
And a new project, the Meridian, on South Beach.
But when developer, Ricardo Dunin and his wife Claudia aren't hard at work, they're enjoying their one-of-a-kind Key Biscayne mansion.
Homeowner Ricardo Dunin says, "I think the entrance or the whole feeling when you enter the house is very unique the way we what we achieved by having this big three story space."
And who wouldn't love this -- the breathtaking atrium entrance to this 6-thousand square foot home looks directly out to Biscayne Bay.
The Dunins worked with an architect for more than a year designing everything from this skylight...
To the cascading waterfall...
To this steam bath, which you can dive right into the pool from.
Homeowner Claudia Dunin says "We put this big glass so even if you're melting you see sea, so you still don't feel so hot."
Ricardo says, "You can just go in and out of the pool into the steam room without opening the door."
Speaking of the pool, half of it is covered to protect the couple's children from the sun's rays.
Claudia says, "The kids love to sleep here."
Also designed for the kids, the media room... which converts from stadium seating to stadium sleeping for a slumber party.
Claudia says, "It's a house for use, so I don't have formal space. House looks like beach house."
The contemporary home has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.
The Dunins are so busy, in their own bathroom, they installed two shower heads instead of one -- no arguing over water temp here.
Plus, every bedroom has its' very own balcony.
Claudia says, "I like the view, I like the balcony off the living room, especially during the week with the sunset is gorgeous."
From the spacious family room... To the intimate dining room...
Every detail of this Key Biscayne home is Luxury Living at its' finest.
Claudia says, "Every part of my house has a little special point. It's so beautiful, you forget you're in your house, it looks like a vacation time."
The home is for sale for 4.3 million dollars.
