It's an ultra-exclusive neighborhood tucked away in the Florida Keys. To live there, you've got to have some big bucks - guaranteed. Tonight, we're taking you to a millionaire's bachelor pad at the Ocean Reef Club.

(WSVN) -- It's tucked away behind palm trees and Spanish moss.

Homeowner Marshal E. Rosenberg says, "Welcome, please come in."

The Luxury Living Estate Bachelor, Marshal Rosenberg calls home.

It's a 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom New Orleans style house at the exclusive Ocean Reef Club on Key Largo.

This is the seventh Rosenberg's designed for himself.

Marshal says, "It's really a home that is an evolution. My previous home had a lot of characteristics, this home has a lot of fine touches in it."

Like this staircase post and the floors made from 200-year-old wood that came from New Orleans.

Matter of fact the big easy vibe is felt throughout the house

Marshal even shopped for all of the Southern style furniture himself.

He says, "I want it to be a home, and that's the way I designed it, and it's very comfortable. Down here is what I call my private room."

Part of the first floor is the family room...

Head to the top of the three level house and you'll find the master suite.

With spectacular views -- even when you're in the jacuzzi...

And a cozy private fireplace.

"Upstairs bedroom which gives us complete, gives me complete privacy and yet a beautiful view of the ocean and it's uh a beautiful place to live."

And who wouldn't love it here, especially when you get around by golf cart... That's a Mercedes Benz golf cart.

"It's 4,000 acres. We have our own airport, our own medical center, our own police force."

Ocean reef also has three golf courses, half a dozen restaurants and marinas, it's very own movie theater and even a museum. But you have to be a member or an invited guest to step foot on this Luxury Living paradise.

"You're too far south for people in Miami to fish it out and too far north from the keys to fish it out, so we sit in a beautiful place."

Such a beautiful and big place, Marshal's willing to share.

"Of course I'm looking for a permanent guest to be my bride sometime to join me here."

The house is for sale for 7-and-a-half million dollars.
