Sports fans listen up... The Miami Heat may be heading to the playoffs, but before you head to a game, check out the latest in courtside luxury. It's tonight's Luxury Living report.

(WSVN) -- Your luxury game day experience starts when you pull into your very own parking spot under the American Airlines Arena.

"Welcome..."

Instead of getting in an elevator with the masses you walk up a private stairway into this...

"Wow!" says Belkys.

They call it a "Starbox." The reason's pretty obvious; it's the Miami Heat's version of a Luxury Living suite that'll make anybody feel like a star.

"What kind of customer has this kind of dig because this is the hook up right here?" remarks Belkys.

"Well, we believe this is probably the greatest entertainment and hospitality environment that exists in professional sports," says Steve Weber, Sr. VP of Sales for the Miami Heat and the American Airlines Arena. "They're owned individually as well as corporately; we have four here at the American Airlines Arena."

Inside the starbox, private dining for 8 -- real china included.

A living room, complete with a large screen TV, a bar and your own private bathroom.

The floors are made from real maple, the walls hand-cut and imported from Italy and, for Heat fans, nothing but the best: a Frank Stella original is part of the decor.

But all of this luxury comes with a slamdunk price tag -- half a million dollars a year.

"So it's 500 grand for the suite and the amenities that come with the suite, the tickets, the private parking, etc. but the food, the drinks, anything else is more money, more money, more money, more money?" says Belkys.

"It's on top," says Steve. "More luxury, more luxury, more luxury."

Hey, but you never know who you'll bump into -- because the starbox is located right next to the locker room.

You can't have that kind of luxury living box without having the seats to go with them.

With the starbox you get six, right here, courtside. This is where you sit, and that's where the Miami Heat sits. See, there's coach right now. Hi, Coach Stan ... Well, he's a little busy right now.

"It's just a great experience," says Jorge Castro. "Sitting here you're just part of the game, you're listening to the opposing team's strategies."

Jorge is a huge sports fan and a starbox owner...

"I've always wanted to own a professional sport, so I guess this is the closest I can get to owning one," he says.

But if the starbox is just too pricey, the Heat is also scoring big with three other luxury levels which run anywhere from 22-thousand dollars to 200-thousand dollars.

So, the next time you make your way up to the nosebleed seats, remember these luxury living hoop dreams can come true, if you've got the cash.

"The Miami Heat and the people with the American Airlines arena have done everything to meet all your needs," says Jorge.

If it isn't luxurious enough, if you own a starbox, you get six tickets to every arena event, including concerts and shows... most of the time those seats are in the first few rows.

By the way, the Heat beat the Chicago Bulls 105 to 96.... go Heat!
