Now local moms are learning they too can have a VIP -- that is Very Important Pregnancy.

In addition, because she only takes four or five new patients a month, Dr. Sam guarantees she will be in the delivery room for the birth of your baby.

That is why busy marketing manager Maura Riva turned to Dr. Sam.

And the perks do not end there -- from flat screen TVs in the waiting room, to a goodie basket every trimester, patients are pampered right through their hospital stay.

In addition, when they are ready to deliver, they get a private suite at West Boca Medical Center, flowers, gift baskets and room service.

Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam: "The question is where are your priorities? Are you going to spend your money on a new dress or a handbag or a new car? Or are you going to commit that same amount of money to ensuring an excellent outcome on your pregnancy?"

Maura is willing to pay the price.

She is expecting her first child -- a little girl - next year.

Cawanna is enjoying the experience.
