As we get older, many consider having plastic surgery, but the thought of surgery and weeks of recovery scare some off. Tonight, Sevens Lynn Martinez shows us how one doctor is practicing a new technique giving his patients a Quick Fix for their nose.

WSVN -- Breast augmentation, lipo, face lifts, nose jobs, even implants for your pecks and gluts. You can perfect almost any part of your body with surgery.

Roxanna Urban: "I want to get rid of this bump here on my nose and make it look a little more smaller and more straight."

Roxanna has dreamed for years about having a perfect nose, but she didn't want to have extensive surgery.

Roxanna Urban: "I thought I was stuck with it."

But now one Miami doctor is offering a quick fix.

Dr. Rafael Diaz-Yoserev: "The five minute nose job is a non-surgical rhinoplasty."

Did he say five minutes? That's right, Doctor Rafael Diaz-Yoserev can get his patients in and out and back to work within minutes. We followed Roxanna through her procedure.

Dr. Rafael Diaz-Yoserev: "We apply a little anesthetic. After that is done, then the area is frozen and you don't feel pain at all."

Roxanna Urban: "I'm nervous, but I've been at this office before and they are all wonderful."

The doc starts re-shaping the nose with just a few injections of restylane or juvederm, which are the same fillers used to get rid of wrinkles.

Roxanna Urban: "This is amazing. I don't feel anything."

Dr. Rafael Diaz-Yoserev: "OK, your all done."

The results are instant.

Roxanna Urban: "Oh my God, that's incredible."

The good news, there's no downtime and no scars to worry about.

Roxanna Urban: "This is what I have to wear for 24 hours as oppose to getting surgery and having my entire face distorted."

The side effects are minimal.

Dr. Rafael Diaz-Yoserev: "You will get a little bit of swelling and feel uncomfortable for a day or two because of the swelling and you might get a little bruising."

Lynn Martinez: "Now, the five-minute nose job may not be for everyone, the results are not permanent. That means you will need to go back for a touch after about a year or so, or go for something else."

Dr. Rafael Diaz-Yoserev: "You can mold it later on, you can change it later on and if you don't do anything later on, its just going to go back over time."

The quick fix costs $1,200 to $1,800. Roxanna says it's worth every penny.

Roxanna Urban: "Its amazing. I looked at myself in the mirror and it was amazing."

She quickly got back to her daily activities with a boost of self-esteem.

Lynn Martinez: "The five minute nose job can also help a person thinking a surgical nose job seeing the results before going under the knife."
