Matt Damon may make millions, but, boy, does he know how to spend them. I'm on North Bay Road where Damon has reportedly bought his neighbors' house to tear it down and build a mega-mansion for his wife Lucy and their kids.
The hot Miami couple who was in town this week also did some material damage, shopping at the chic Bal Harbour Shops and later dined on $50 steaks at The Forge Restaurant.
Singer Christina Milian ushered in her 25th birthday and what looks like a new boyfriend. The singer turned up here at Prive with producer Dre and sources tell me 'It looked like love.' The pair sat here behind the velvet ropes in the VIP section sipping Pierre Jouet champagne, kissing and snuggling and -- get this -- her mom looked on approvingly.
After a birthday cake celebration, Christina gave Dre a gift of her own -- a sexy PG-rated lapdance.
P. Diddy is a rapper, producer, clothing designer and now a motivational speaker? The Miami mega-star has been taking his beat to the streets. During his recent U.S. promotional tour for his upcoming album, the star has been popping into local high schools with the mantra "Take responsibility for your future. No excuses."
The pop star spoke to thousands of kids and now sources are telling me that Diddy may hold a star-studded benefit here in Miami to promote his educational causes.
"Seems Jennifer Lopez loves Miami's own Donald J. Pliner Fall show collection. The star was spotted at Saks Fifth Avenue trying on an $800 pair of knee-high boots.
"Gabrielle Union was spotted at the Leo Boutique in South Beach dropping $300 for vintage Linda Farrow sunglasses.
"Anna Kournikova has the prettiest face in tennis and now the best nails. The star dropped $400 on a fabulous pedicure at Lace Nail Lab in South Beach.
