I'm outside the Loews Hotel where Britney Spears was a no show again this weekend for her penthouse stay.

Last week was the divorce. This weekend it was partying with Paris in L.A., and, sources tell me, her Miami record producers are fed up.

I'm outside Snatch on South Beach where bad boy rocker Tommy Lee took the partying just a bit too far.

After dancing and drinking with hot babes in the VIP room, Lee exited the bar at 4 a.m. but didn't make it far. He landed on the sidewalk.

Latin sensation Luis Miguel will certainly be enjoying the sun, sand and views at his new digs at the St. Regis Bal Harbor.

The former flame of Mariah Carey has dropped a couple of million dollars for the elite address where he will have neighbors such as Andre Agassi.
