WSVN -- Martha Stewart, who I hear is being honored at the upcoming South Beach Wine and Food Festival, plans on possibly whipping up a cool $3 million for an ocean front condo here in Sobe.

Stewart, who friends say is enjoying every minute of her continued success, believes that the condos panoramic ocean and city views will be the perfect backdrop for any event.

Now that's "a good thing."

Actress Scarlett Johansson took a time out here in Miami from battling rumors that she caused the split of Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz.

A source of mine, who saw Johansson at Miami International Airport, said the normally sexy-clad star was wearing bulky sweats and didn't flash any smiles.
