WSVN -- Kimberly Stewart was in town this weekend and went on a shopping spree here at Leo in South Beach -- the only problem was she thought star power equaled free clothes.

After a big fat "No," the daughter of Rod Stewart asked for a deep discount demanding 40 percent off. She told everyone she could make the already famous boutique more famous. In the end, she had to pay like everyone else.

Just because she is from a legendary hotel family, does not mean Nicky Hilton knows how to get one of her own up and running, but she sure knows how to buy them.

After construction woes with her Nicky O Hotel, the heiress is now in talks to purchase the nearly complete Anglers Hotel in South Beach.

I was here at Cameo this weekend, and I can tell you this: Travis Barker and his estranged wife Shanna Moakler are definitely back on.

The pair sat in a banquet jamming to the music, in between sharing kisses, hugs and a Heineken beer.
