WSVN -- I'm here at the future site of the Mondrian Hotel where there will be a lot more of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. They have reportedly dropped a few million dollars on the exclusive penthouse.

The pair have always wanted a love nest in the Magic City ever since 2003 when they went public with their whirlwind romance at a South Beach restaurant.

No doubt their new 3,000 square-foot pad fits the bill.

Another celebrity couple, Star Jones and Al Reynolds are looking at a Miami pad of their own, but the question is will their love of red-roped VIP rooms affect their own living room?

Whether together or separate, the vacationing pair have been hitting the South Beach party circuit from hot clubs to private events and staying out until the wee hours of the morning. "I love being in Miami," said Star Reynolds.

And, according to my source, all that partying is causing a little bit of tension between the two.

Larry Birkhead may have been spotted here at Baby Gap in South Beach, but sources tell me he's been shopping for something much bigger than clothes for Dannielynn.

So convinced he is the father, Birkhead is reportedly looking at homes in Coral Gables where he can raise Dannielynn out of the spotlight and close enough to visit her mom Anna Nicole's resting place.
