WSVN -- It's not a Victoria "Secret" anymore. Nick Cannon had a blast here at Mansion this weekend with supermodel Selita Ebanks, and anyone who was watching couldn't miss their chemistry.

They were posing for pictures and were side-by-side most of the night.

Insiders tell me their relationship went from just friends to a bit more than friends in the past few weeks, making them one of Hollywood's hottest and prettiest couples.

Hold on -- the Cruises are cruising Star Island and the word is they are ready to bid on some other star homes.

From what I hear, the pair is eyeing P. Diddy's posh pad.

With its city views and lavish grounds it will be a great place to entertain their other Miami pals Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.
