WSVN -- The U.S. invasion of the Spice Girls isn't just on the West Coast, we're getting Scary Spice here on the East Coast. Scary spent her weekend in Miami eating at Quattro, partying at Mokai and doing a photo shoot at the Delano, and, insiders tell me, Scary and her boyfriend Stephan are looking for a pad here of their own.

Two weeks ago, we first told you that the Hulk quietly had his mansion up for sale. It's official, the sale is signed, sealed and delivered. Although I can't reveal the new Hollywood VIP homeowner, they are already working on re-designing the home, and Hogan, who knows best, is taking his family to L.A.

Matt Damon is looking for more room for the family, but, instead of moving to a bigger house, he's decided to just keep buying up his neighbors homes. Last year we were the first to tell you he bought the estate to his south to make a playground, now insiders tell me he is negotiating to purchase the home to his north. If this deal goes through, Damon will own one of the biggest homes in Miami worth about $40 million.
