It was quite the scene here at Mokai when an ex-flame of Mickey Rourke's saw him flirting with a hot blonde, prompting her to take a bite out of his face.

In a jealous rage, she bit the star so hard that it caused puncture wounds, leaving Rourke with a bloody face, but it didn't seem to phase him. He cleaned up real fast and went right back to his champagne.
