Seen on the Scene: Seen on the Scene
With a baby on board, J-Lo is slowing down her life in the fast lane. Meanwhile, Diddy is celebrating his birthday in style here in Miami, but not everyone was happy about his big bash. In Touch Weekly's Michael Cohen has today's Seen on the Scene.
WSVN -- Jennifer Lopez performed three sold out shows here in Miami and danced the night away at the Forge, but friends are wondering if the prego diva is burning the candle at both ends. Insiders tell me that friends and family have told Lopez to slow her roll, reminding her it's time to take care of herself and her newbie on the way. Seems like she is listening. The diva canceled her final concert performance in San Diego.
P. Diddy celebrated his birthday here at his Star Island mansion with a huge fireworks display, but the loud noise didn't leave one neighbor singing Happy Birthday. Turns out Rosie O'Donnell, who lives across the street, was fired up over the fireworks because it woke up the whole household.
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo celebrated their joint birthdays in Puerto Rico this weekend, but, sources tell me, there was no partying inside Miami's hit factory this week where Lachey is recording some new tunes. Lachey is trying to revive his struggling music career and has so far cut a whopping 30 demos. His team is hoping by early 2008 their panic will result in a number one hit.
Now, for more star sightings around town.
Sharon Stone using her basic instincts to raise over $500,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation Gala dinner.
Former Yankees player Alex Rodriguez landing in Miami to tour Shaq's Star Island house and possibly buy it.
Chloe Sevigny of the HBO hit show Big Love using time off from the writers strike to score some sexy digs at C. Madeleine's.
From making a wish to blowing out birthday candles and all the gossip in between, I'm In Touch Weekly's Michael Cohen for Seen on the Scene.
