WSVN -- Beyonce may have spent millions on her South Beach penthouse, but now that the renovations are complete, she's not moving in.

Ring the alarm, the star has been staying at some of Miami's best hotels such as the Setai, and this week she is rumored to be staying at the Four Seasons, where suites cost nearly $3,000 a night. Maybe she needs to ring the bank.

Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson have only been in Miami working on their upcoming flick Marley & Me for two weeks and already the rumor mill is calling them a hot couple. But, according to my sources, there is no truth to these claims. Both Aniston and Wilson are single and living it up on the South Beach scene.

If any girl knows how to hold court, it's Eva Longoria, who took over the patio here at DeVito's for her 33rd birthday.

Noticeably absent was husband Tony Parker, but no worries with this couple, Eva wanted a girls-only vacation and headed back to L.A. where she and Parker continued the festivities.
