Just when you think the stars on South Beach can't get any more extravagant, think again. In tonight's special assignment report, we found if you're a really big celebrity, a hotel stay just won't do. Instead, they've discovered a new level of Luxury Living.

WSVN--Whether they're filming a movie or a music video...

Vacationing or just partying...

The rich and famous are used to the good life when they visit South Florida.

But while there are plenty of hotels to choose from, some celebs are taking the star treatment to new heights.

Nelson Gonzalez: "These houses on short term basis usually ran from, on the low end, 25 thousand all the way up to like 300 thousand dollars a month."

You heard right... VIP's dropping six figures to rent a waterfront home like this one on Sunset Island four on Miami Beach.

Realtor Nelson Gonzalez should know; he's rented and sold homes to Hollywood's elite.

Nelson Gonzalez: "I know when Will Smith was here and he would hang out in the house and enjoy it."

Other renters include Matt Damon and J-Lo.

They stayed on Miami Beach's exclusive North Bay Road before buying homes here.

Al Pacino stayed at this estate on Hibiscus Island while filming "Any Given Sunday."

Denzel Washington's been known to prefer Star Island.

And when Cher's in town, she stays on Key Biscayne.

Nelson Gonzalez: "Some of these celebrities if they're staying here for a while they literally have their people pack all their things from you know all their creature comforts from home."

Belkys Nerey: "And if they forget something, replacing it is just a phone call away. That's because a new South Florida company is combining the privacy of a mansion with the services of a hotel, including door to door limousine service."

Christian Jagodzinski: "We have emulated the entire five star hotel experience in a house."

Multi-millionaire Christian Jagodzinski is the creator behind Villazzo -- an idea sparked from his own travels.

Christian Jagodzinski: "If you own a very large estate yourself than You don't want to share a pool with three thousand other people around you."

And you don't have to once you arrive at Villa Contenta on Ritzy Palm Island.

It's one of three local Villazzo mansions which includes things like a rooftop jacuzzi, a pool with a waterfall, even a home theater.

Christian Jagodzinski: "Everything that could dream of or come up with was put in."

Plus, a private chef, maid service, and a concierge are all available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

But Christian says stars aren't the only ones enjoying the good life.

Christian Jagodzinski:: "We have anything from 20-year-old baseballers, to 60-year-old golfers, to two families that just want to share a home."

Then again, with so much to enjoy, who wouldn't want to share this luxury living.

Belkys nerey: Celebs love it here so much, some have decided to make their visits permanent. J-Lo, Matt Damon, and Billy Joel have all bought homes in South Florida."
