From Suri Cruise to Jayden Spears Federline, the baby craze is all the rage in tinseltown. But you don't have to be a celeb to splurge. In tonight's special assignment report, 7's Lynn Martinez shows us how some local moms are having special deliveries here in South Florida.

WSVN -- Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had doctors at their beck-and-call for the birth of baby Shiloh.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise bought their own sonogram machine to see Suri before her arrival.

And now local moms are learning they too can have a V.I.P. -- that's Very Important Pregnancy.

Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam: "We provide a package -- deals that have no-wait appointments, the option of home visits, off-hours appointments and private entrances if they need a little more privacy."

Meet Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam or as her patients call her, Dr. Sam.

She's a South Florida Ob/Gyn whose making labor luxurious.

Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam: "Platinum packages are limousine ride to the hospital, spa days each trimester, home visits, ultra-sound every single visit."

And because she only takes four or five new patients a month, Dr. Sam guarantees she'll be in the delivery room for the birth of your baby.

Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam: "Women don't have time to be waiting in offices for three hours, fifteen times during the course of their pregnancy."

That's why busy marketing manager Maura Riva turned to Dr. Sam.

In her line of work, time is money.

Maura Riva: "If you want to call ahead and say you're two minutes away, they'll receive you immediately. It's such a special service. I can see it in New York City or other metropolitan areas; I really didn't know it existed here."

Dr. Sam's patients also include local celebrities.

Cawanna McMichael is the wife of Dolphins tight end, Randy McMichael.

Getting him to doctor's appointments is priority without missing practice.

Cawanna McMichael: "I want Randy to be more involved. It's just important to have the appointments and be able to get in and get out, which is what we do."

Lynn Martinez: "And just like a credit card, membership has its priviledges and its expenses. Packages range from $10,000 to $20,000 above what your insurance pays."

Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam: "Women in South Florida spend an enormous amount of time picking a hair dresser, picking a nail stylist or manicurist, and I'm encouraging them to spend that same amount of time and energy picking a physician."

And the perks do not end there -- from flat screen TV's in the waiting room, to a goodie basket every trimester, patients are pampered right through their hospital stay.

And when they're ready to deliver, they get a private suite at West Boca Medical Center, flowers, gift baskets and room service.

Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam: "The question is where are your priorities? Are you going to spend your money on a new dress, or a handbag, or a new car? Or are you going to commit that same amount of money to ensuring an excellent outcome on your pregnancy?"

Maura's willing to pay the price.

She's expecting her first child -- a little girl - next year.

Maura Riva: "She makes you really enjoy the experience."

Cawanna's enjoying the experience.

With Dr. Sam's help, her entire family can be part of this special delivery.

Cawanna McMichael: "Just in case something does happen, the comfort of knowing I will be able to call her and get her feels good."

Dr. Sam says her services are geared towards pampering mom because most of the time everyone focuses on gifts for the baby.
