Song choice, instruments, unique arrangements. This season, the Idols have had plenty up their sleeves, but it's what's on their wrists that's causing a stir. Check out these Idol Rock Bands.

WSVN -- Daughtry rocks, David Cook rocks, Brooke White rocks. Huh?

Brooke White: "I think we've all worn them at different times. It's a really cool accessory."

Yeah, you might of guessed, we're not talking about rocking the house but rather rocking the wrist.

Lee Dahlberg: "What I've created is something called a Rock Band, and it's as simple as it sounds. It's in fact a rock on a band."

Wow, that's deep.

Lee Dahlberg: "But a little deeper than that is the stones I use have healing properties, so there's a good energy behind each one."

Who better to channel that energy over to Idol than Miss Spirituality herself, Paula Abdul.

Paula Abdul: "I have bracelets and pendents that I have been giving them, as I always do every year."

The Idol judge met Miami jewelry designer Lee Dahlberg at this year's Super Bowl, and the two hit it off.

Lee Dahlberg: "Immediately we just started talking, and we bonded really quickly. She loved the product, she loved the idea. Her people called and said, 'Paula buys the top 24 kids on American Idol a gift every year, and this year they want it to be the Rock Band."

So Lee and company went to work looking for the perfect custom fit for each contestant.

Lee Dahlberg: "David Cook was more of a rocker, so I gave him something that I'd wear."

But did it bring him good luck?

Lee Dahlberg: "One cool thing was when I saw David Cook being judged, he was kind of rubbing the stone. It's subconscious, whatnot, but there's a factor there."

Cook wasn't alone. Look closely, you can see South Florida's own Ramiele and Brooke both sporting Rock Bands.

Brooke White: "The stone actually has different qualities that are healing or for throat health and different things, and they are very cool."

Well, all the good health and healing couldn't save Brooke, and there sure ain't enough positive energy in one wristband to channel good vibrations through Simon.

Lee Dahlberg: "We made him a Rock Band jacket. Actually, it's going to be heavy, but it'll help him."

Joking aside, Lee did pick out a perfect stone for Simon.

Lee Dahlberg: "So I got him the most popular amongst men, which is a hematite, which is a silver stone, which looks like silver alloy against black. I wanted to keep something that he couldn't possibly say no to."

No word yet on whether judge dread or Randy agree with Paula's picks.

Lee Dahlberg: "Haven't seen them wear it. I'm sure they wear it every moment the camera's off. In fact, yes, I'm sure of it."

What you can be sure of with the finale approaching, the finalists can't afford to leave any stone unturned.

Lee Dahlberg: "If you know this brings you positive energy, and you know it's coming from a positive place, then every little bit helps, especially in the pressure cooker that they're under right now."

Louis Aguirre: "If you want a Rock Band, it'll cost you about $250. You can find them at Neiman Marcus."
