Hot parties, hot people, hot spots. On South Beach, no place has it all like Casa Casuarina. The once named Versace mansion in opening up as an ultra - exclusive club. But if you thought you'd never see inside, think again. In tonight's style file, we're getting the VIP tour.
WSVN -- It's the hottest place to party. One of the coolest spots to see and be seen. But almost impossible to get into -- until now.
Casa Casaurina, the place Gianni Versace once called home -- is opening it's doors as an uber-exclusive private club.
Managing director Retto Gaudenzzi: "It's a very international crowd that we have in here and all that combined with a beautiful place and the service we provide and concept makes it unique."
Think of your membership as an all access pass to the best of the best.
Just take it from Michael Miarecki one of the founding members.
Founding member Michael Miarecki: "Really there is no request that goes unanswered. They take incredible care of you."
From dining to dancing this place has got it all.
Belkys: "What was your initial reaction the very first time you came into this space?"
Michael: "Stunned. It's really amazing and I don't think it's possible for one to take it all in those first couple of instances."
What makes Casa Casaurina so extraordinary? Well, take a look.
Amazing architecture, a top of the line spa not to mention gourmet food prepared by top chefs.
Michael: "Whether it's hosting a dinner for a large group of people or just coming with a friend and sitting by the pool and having cocktails, it's just a great space to come and get away from it all."
And members can take advantage of any room in the house.
They can even stay in one of the Casa's 10 super suites for an extended stay.
So what's the price tag for this one of a kind club -- $35,000 to be exact. If you think you got an extra $35,000 lying around in the bank and you want to become a member here. Think again. At Casa Casurina, you have to be invited.
Michael: "You never know who is going to be sitting across the pool from you. Or who is going to be having lunch right next to you, but you do know they are gonna be interesting."
Already celebrities like Jon Bon Jovi, Oliver Stone and designer Diane Von Furstenberg are lining up to join.
Belkys: "It's a great place for networking as well?"
Michael: "Of course, because this place is where you will find corporate chiefs, athlete's, artists."
Smack dab in the middle of South Beach - party central.
Michael: "Then of course at night, this place comes really alive and then it's party time."
What's not to love? Casa Casurina is slated to officially open in the fall.
