So, maybe you've given up hopes of being the next Shaquille O'Neal or Mike Lowell, but there's a sport you should keep on your radar. What was once considered the preferred past time of the rich is now making it's way into the mainstream. And hey, you never know, you could be the next big thing. On tonight's style file Belkys Nerey shows you how to play some polo.

WSVN -- There's just something sexy about a man on a horse.

From a knight in shining armor, to courageous cowboys, they just know how to save the day. Even actor Tommy Lee Jones is hooked on the horse thing.

Tommy Lee Jones: "It's a great deal of fun. It's artful, it keeps you physically fit. All my friends are polo players."

But this is no movie. Tommy Lee Jones was at the International Polo Club in West Palm Beach to play a match for the Miami project to benefit paralysis.

Tommy Lee Jones: "The game of polo is quite beautiful, but its also quite risky."

Even America's Most Wanted host John Walsh got in the game.

America's Most Wanted Host John Walsh: "I love to play polo I get to be here tonight with some of the worlds best polo players tonight, it's all good."

We know what you're thinking - you've gotta be a movie star, or part of English royalty to play this sport. Well, not any more.

John Walsh: "Polo is such a fun game and I think that there's a lot of misconceptions that it is only for the rich people. Anybody can take a polo lesson."

The international polo club offers lessons for any level. You can also watch a match anytime you want.

Michael Brown from the International Polo Club: "There is no admission during the week and you can come out and watch the best Polo in the world, everyday during the week. On Sundays we do charge 10 per person."

Beautiful horses, amazing athletes, and superb skill, it' s easy to see why polo is gaining popularity.

John Walsh: "I love horses and Polo, I think it incorporates the danger, the speed, the skill, it's really a very very challenging sport. Try to hit a little ball like that at 35 mph."

But, just in case riding horses doesn't sound quite like your forte - there are always plenty of other attractions at the International Polo Club.

Michael Brown: "There is lots to do, brunch, children's play areas, bounce houses, bands, different types of entertainment. It's a full day and it's a well rounded day for the entire family."

And if you decide to sit on the sidelines British style, you could get yourself a fancy polo hat like the royals wear.

If you want to learn polo, it's going to take time an patience. It's not something you pick up on the first try.
