You get custom-made furniture, linens, silverware, everything down to the small accents.

Tui Pranich: "We supply everything from the flowers to the book on the coffee table to the candles to beautiful artwork."

For people who like the white hot look of Miami, there's the innovative package.

Tui Pranich: "It's white mixed with stainless steel-- very high style Italian design. A lot of chrome, a lot of glasses, it's young it's hip."

Tui Pranich: "In contrast, we have the sophisticated look, which came from me doing the Setai hotel in New York and traveling around Asia."

Since everything is styled to fit together, you have to buy the entire package, which can cost you anywhere from $14,000 to $60,000. If you want your outside space to look as swank as the inside, check out the new Yedra outdoor furniture store in Miami Gardens.

Diana Junquera: "The idea is to create a really hip and cool environment at really affordable prices."

Diana Junquera: "You can come in, find a chair for $45, and you can have complete dining living set for $3000."

The store is set up in different stations, so you can see exactly how to style whatever space you have, from a balcony, cabana, or even a large dock.

Diana Junquera: "This works for someone with a large yard or dock. You can sit 10 people here and you have a sitting area over there, and you can have a large party, and everyone can be comfortable."

Even though the prices are low-end, the quality and look of this furniture is high-end.

Diana Junquera: "Right now teak is making a comeback, so we've got teak. We have synthetic fiber, and we have aluminum and tropical wood, so we have a little bit of everything."

There are also accessories, like lamps or vases and cushions to make your furniture pop. With spaces like these, why leave home?

Yedra started in Spain, and this is their first store in America.

As for the Tui Lifestyle, it's launching here in South Florida first.
