If you ever dreamed of Dancing On A Pole, Get Ready To Unleash Your Wild Side. In Tonight's Style File, we found you can have a 'pole lot of fun. And the only people who will see it are your best friends.

WSVN--'Girls night out' ...Is 'girls gone wild'!!!

For every good girl who's fantasized about swinging around a pole, this is your chance to be a little 'naughty'.

Angela Torres: "OK, every girl has a little of that 'I kind of want to dance on that pole' thing."

Kim Aaron: "Let's toast to the pole dancer in all of us. I know she will come out tonight."

Kim aaron started a 'Pole Lot of Fun' a few months ago here in South Florida.

From bachelorette parties to just a night of fun, all you have to do is invite 8 to 10 of your best friends to the privacy of your house... And she does the rest.

Kim Aaron: "I bring my pole, the music, and the champagne. And I set the atmosphere for a fun and exciting night."

The center piece for this party is the pole.

And I know you're all wondering how in the world she gets it in your house...

Kim Aaron: "The pole comes in a case, it comes in two pieces, and I put it together and set it up. Probably takes 10 minutes."

Kim Aaron: "We're going squat, and extend our head back Come up, and roll up."

Once the pole is nice and secure. Kim teaches you 10 to 12 basic moves.

Kim Aaron: "Our best move is the fireman, everyone loves the fireman. we have a pole and they end up swinging around a couple of times."

Then it's your turn.

Swing, shimmy or just all around shake it.

There's no time to be shy. After all how often do you get the chance to dance on a pole?

Angela Torres: "As soon as the hand touches the pole, and you start walking around it, it's like you let loose."

Kara Norton: "It's comfortable. It's in your house. Your friends and one instructor and everyone looks goofy."

Sorry...No boys allowed at these parties! But don't worry, the moves go home with you.

Kim Aaron: "Everybody is very excited after a party, they go home and show their boyfriends, husbands what they've learned."

Belkys Nerey: "A 'Pole Party' usually costs about 400 bucks. But split that between all your girlfriends, and it's less than a night out on the town."
