The Quinceanera, it's becoming one of the biggest celebrations here in South Florida. More than $300 million are spent each year on these parties. In tonight's Style File Seven's Belkys Nerey shows us how to be fab at 15.

WSVN -- They wear white dresses but their celebrations are often bigger than brides and sometimes sweeter than a Sweet 16. Here in South Florida the Quinceanera is big business.

Jacqueline Hernandez: "The parties are definitely getting bigger every year."

So huge that makeup artist Bobbi Brown is launching her Quinceanera beauty program here.

Rogelio Reyna: "We are launching here in Florida because it is such a hub for all Latin America. She really felt that it was time that this girl learn how to become her own makeup artist and own skincare artist."

Think of it as Quince boot camp. Bobbi gets your skin in shape for your big day.

Rogelio Reyna: "They come in and visit the counter three months prior, they sit down with a makeup artist, and they get a lesson."

Then, over the next two months, they'll create a personalized look for your Quince and even throw you a beauty party for your closest friends.

Yasmine Oramas: "It taught me how to put on makeup and take care of my skin."

The Biltmore Hotel is one of the hottest places to hold a 15th bash. About 700 photo shoots and 200 Quinces are hosted there each year.

Frank Fuentes: "These are bigger than brides. A few weeks ago we had one that, just in decor alone, it was $290,000."

The hotel's history and architecture provide a gorgeous backdrop, and they can make any girl's dream come true.

Frank Fuentes: "We can do everything from intimate dinner by the pool to a masquerade ball to flying in flowers from an exotic destination."

If one party just isn't enough, try a destination Quince. Royal Caribbean and Carnival are both celebrating Quinces on the high seas with seven-day cruises.

Jacqueline Hernandez: "The cruise is a whole week, and you get pampered like a princess."

Twenty-six birthday girls, plus their entourage of friends and family go on each trip. One big Quinceanera is thrown on board for all the girls with a theme, cake, traditional gifts and dance.

Maurice Mompoint: "All the decisions are already made for you. All you have to do is book your cruise, buy your dress."

The best part? The party continues with three stops in the Caribbean.

Jacqueline Hernandez: "I loved that I didn't have to plan anything. It was a vacation and a party at the same time."

Belkys Nerey: "The cruises run about $1,000 a person, but everything is included. By the way, if you book your photo shoot at the Biltmore, they'll have the Bobbi Brown artists get you camera-ready."
