Style File: Hot Mamas
When you're expecting, you don't have to lose your sense of style. Seven's Belkys Nerey shows us the latest trends for Hot Mamas and cool kids in today's Style File.
WSVN -- Whether you're a mom-to-be, like Halle Berry, or a super mom like Angelina Jolie, having a baby doesn't have to mean you give up fashion.
Michelle Von Der Goltz: "What's great is all these trendy designers are moving into maternity."
Forget frumpy mom jeans. Hot brands like Paige Denim and Chip & Pepper are now making maternity lines, so moms can keep growing in style.
Michelle Von Der Goltz: "These are great because they have this elastic waistband, and they'll grow with you the whole pregnancy."
Designers like T-bags and Nuka are also going preggers. You can glow in flowy tops and leggings, or show off your baby bump in a flirty dress.
Ivette Rogue: "It feels comfy, the fabric is gorgeous. Being pregnant doesn't mean you have to be frumpy. You can still be stylish and feel sexy."
You can even be the model mom with a runway-ready diaper bag.
Laura Dalmau: "This Fleurville is the new "it" bag. It's eco-friendly. Heidi Klum is a big fan."
Ivette Rogue: "I'm using it now because it looks like a purse, not a baby bag, so I use it for nightlife. I can take it to work."
When it comes to pushing in style, the Rolls Royce of baby carriages is this one by Silver Cross.
Michelle Von Der Goltz: "Catherine Zeta-Jones, Celine Dion, Tori Spelling. All the celebs use it. You can take your baby out for a walk in the neighborhood and look real stylish."
A cheaper way to travel, sling it with these Oopa baby slings. They're made out of silk and come in all sorts of patterns.
Laura Dalmau: "It's a great fashion accessory. You can put it on with a great pair of jeans or at night with a great dress. Gwen Stefani was a big fan, Angelina Jolie, Brooke Shields."
If you're looking for a baby shower gift, we're told these soft-sole shoes are the new "it" gift.
Michelle Von Der Goltz: "These are the pedipeds, they are the hottest shoes right now for babies and toddlers. Julia Roberts' kids are wearing them, Marcia Cross' girls are wearing them."
And your little one can look just as good as you. Lines like Splendid are making kids' clothes that are cool and comfy.
Michelle Von Der Goltz: "They're very comfortable clothes, very colorful. It's a really nice line. Angelina Jolie's kids wear these clothes."
Cristi Puente: "He likes to run around a lot, so it's nice to dress him in something that he can be comfy in but can still look cute."
So you can say, 'My kid's cuter than your kid!'
Belkys Nerey: "All these styles can be found at a new maternity store called Who's Kickin' in Coral Gables."
