WSVN -- Time is of the essence at Area 31's bar in Downtown Miami it's all about beating the clock at their new happy hour called Veuve on the Clock.

Maria Foranjola: "Set your watches."

Monday through Friday they're pouring glasses of their premium champagne Veuve Clicquot priced to match the time on the clock.

Gaston Gonzalez: "We start at 5 if you get here at 5 you get a $5, from 6 to 7 you get a $6 glass. Get here early as soon as you can."

Normally, a glass of the Swank champagne is $20 a pop so this is a deal to celebrate.

Maria Foranjola: "I love the flavor. The flavor is a little bit more spicy than other champagnes."

You can sip on as much cheap bubbly as you can until the clock strikes 8:59.

Maria Foranjola: "The most you're going to spend is $8 a glass."

After 9 it's back to regular price, but they do offer other drink specials to enjoy on their rooftop patio.

You'll also want to make time for an awesome deal. At Maya's Tapas and Grill on Ocean Drive.

Marsha Maya: "We are an Argentinean-Spanish fusion restaurant."

From 7 to 10 on Friday nights executive chef Hector Diaz will be out on the patio stirring up a giant pot of paella.

Hector Diaz: "We have chicken, chorizo, clams, green lip mussels, shrimp."

This simmering meal is a real deal.

Marsha Maya: "We are going to have unlimited paella for $23.95 and then we have wonderful sangria to go along with it. The Sangria is homemade, filled with wonderful fruit, great wine."

You'll also get a live show they offer flamenco and rumba jazz as you dine.

Marsha Maya: "All of the senses are being touched. The sense of smell, sound, aroma, taste it's just a total experience."
