Jennifer Alpert: "By putting a dark color or a light color on the moon of the nail, then painting the rest of the nail a solid color."

Skip the traditional pale pink and white and pair up some striking color combos.

Jennifer Alpert: "I would suggest the beige and black, and gold and green."

Jocelyn Ferradas: "It's different, so you definitely catch a second glance."

When it comes to your face, we're going retro for peepers that pop.

Eye makeup has gone to shocking extremes.

Stephanie Munro-Halegua: "The hot colors for spring are pinks, yellows, orange."

Like it or not, neon colors are in, especially orange.

You can go as dramatic as you like or tone it down.

The best trick is to blend the bright color with a white shadow or champagne color.

Stephanie Munro-Halegua: "Think of a Pacman like a v. So it would be a v and a v, and within this area is where you would bring in the most pigmentation, and then you'll blend it in."

To avoid color overload, keep everything else simple.

Miller Gonzalez, Owner, Miller's Studio: "It's all about the eyes. You have to make sure you don't wear too much blush. You need to wear just lip gloss."

So go get 'em, bright eyes.

Belkys Nerey: "You'll want to pick a makeup brand that has a lot of pigment to get the brightest eyes."
