WSVN -- You don't have to speak French to feel at home at the swanky new Villa Azur in South Beach.

Michael Martin: "As soon as they come through the door, they feel like they are in Europe or in the South of France."

The new restaurant is owned by three French friends including actor Olivier Martinez who is engaged to Halle Berry.

Olivier Martinez: "It's the first restaurant we open with my old friends from France. Hopefully, you'll like the food."

Villa Azur is as pretty as a Hollywood starlet but the focus is definitely on the food.

Michael Martin: "It's like French Mediterranean, with an Italian twist."

Share dishes like the bouillabaisse beef tartar with quail egg or seared scallops.

Zubin-Customer: "I had the stuffed veal filet mignon which was fantastic. I had a little bit of the branzino, as well as the artichoke salad. Everything was very simple, relatively French nouveau cuisine."

Quick tip, the house-made macaroons in strawberry, pineapple, or pistachio will have you screaming the language of love.

The villa is cozy with fireplaces, antique woods and chandeliers. Outside there is a gorgeous garden terrace to sip French champagne or rose until the wee hours of the morning.

Amber Shubert: "You feel like you're at some wealthy person's house. Just enjoying the courtyard and ambiance."

Throughout the night a French DJ spins chill tunes, but things get louder and crazier as the clock moves closer to midnight.

Sunita Mahant: "A little bubbly, a little food and a few laughs."

Say bon jour to your new home away from home where you never know who you might spot c'mon halle we're waiting for you to make a cameo.

Belkys Nerey: "Villa Azur also has a French deli & wine bar. The little 12-seat room will offer French meats, cheese, and sandwiches during the day."
