Braids are back, and caviar at your fingertips? 7's Belkys Nerey nails down some of the hottest beauty trends for summer in tonight's Style File.

WSVN -- Caviar isn't just for eating. It's now at the tip of your fingers.

Sofia Garcia, Salon Vaso: "The hottest trend in nails right now is the caviar manicure. It kinda looks like you dipped your nails in caviar."

Don't get too excited. You can't eat this. It just looks as decadent as caviar.

Sofia Garcia, Salon Vaso: "It's basically tiny little beads that are on top of your polish, so it's a three-dimensional manicure."

Salon Vaso in South Beach is one of the first spots to offer the lavish manicures, which starts off like a regular manicure.

Sofia Garcia, Salon Vaso: "On the second coat of color, you sprinkle the tiny beads on."

A top coat seals it, but you will need extra time for this mani to completely set and dry.

The options are endless with the caviar manicure, because you can use any color underneath the beads, or you can just embellish a couple of nails.

Milly Lezcano, Pretty Nails: "Today, I got white coat with rainbow sprinkles. Like candy, I want to eat them! I like it, because it has every color and goes with every outfit I wear."

Sofia Garcia, Salon Vaso: "The black on black is my favorite, because it's edgy and it's fun."

The only downside to this mani: It only lasts about 48 hours, so it's definitely a party or event accessory.

From neat nails to hot hair.

Jessica Mendez, Owner, Arcayne Salon: "The hottest hair trend for summer is braids. In Miami, it's hot, and you want to keep that hair off your shoulders. It's a fashionable way of keeping your hair back."

Jessica from Arcayne Salon in Miami says there are so many ways to wear braids, and some styles are easy enough to do on your own.

Jessica Mendez, Owner, Arcayne Salon: "This is an easy twisted bun. Putting it up in your regular bun, you leave a piece out, braid the one piece, and then wrap that one piece around the bun."

If you want to add a twist to a low ponytail...

Jessica Mendez, Owner, Arcayne Salon: "Her hair is curled and pulled back into a ponytail. The two braids are done on the side, which is easy to achieve yourself, and then wrap the braids around the base of the ponytail to cover whatever is holding it."

Crown braids and side braids are two of the top looks, and this look weaves in both styles.

Jessica Mendez, Owner, Arcayne Salon: "It's braided from one side to the other side, then pinned over, so it looks like it's two at the crown."

Now your summer look is all tied up.

Belkys Nerey: "One tip: Stylists say you get the best results for braids when your hair is a little dirty. The caviar manicure is $25."
