Sunset Harbour in Miami Beach is bursting at the seams with new hots spots to get fit fast. 7s Belkys Nerey shows us how the neighborhood is building up a foundation for good health in tonight's Style File.

WSVN -- If you haven't been to the trendy Sunset Harbour neighborhood in Miami Beach lately, things are changing fast.

The area at Purdy Avenue and Bay Road is under major construction and it's quickly becoming a health and fitness mecca.

Matthew Sherman-Owner, Jugo Fresh: "It's just becoming this place where people can go to get inspired and partake in being healthy and feeling good."

One of the standouts coasting into the hood is Flywheel. A spin gym which has a cult-like following in new york.

Genna Revitz-Flywheel Fan: "I'm addicted to it. It's a good addiction."

Expect to torch some major calories in this indoor cycling class.

Aleah Stander-Instructor, Flywheel: "It's 45 or an hour class of an intense cardio workout. You might standing up, we speed up and slow down in every position."

Best part, you won't get confused in this class about turning that darn nob up and down to keep up with the instructor.

Aleah Stander-Instructor, Flywheel: ""We have technology on the bike that tells you exactly how fast you are going, and how hard you are working, with how much resistance you have."

You also can't cheat a TV, screen shows how hard everyone is working but it also allows you to race your fellow classmates.

Zach Williams-Flywheel Fan: "At one point, I was like right between first and second place."

Genna Revitz-Flywheel Fan: "I'm naturally competitive, so for me."

And it's now just a heavy leg workout the upper body also gets some love with five minutes of weights, try pedaling and lifting.

Shari Liu-Flywheel Fan: "It's actually a very hard arm workout."

Once you're pumped up from your workout, get juiced up right around the corner at the new Jugo Fresh.

Matthew Sherman-Owner, Jugo Fresh: "We have 21 different juices. Our specialty is our greens. People love our green juices."

Elizabeth Wheaton-Goes for the green: "I have the Ya Fui Green.  It has spinach and dandelion. I love the sea salt after taste. Just gives me a burst of energy."

Unlike other juice bars owner Matthew Sherman uses a cold pressing method.

Matthew Sherman, Owner-Jugo Fresh: "Which is what makes it special. It keeps it enzyme rich, alive and five times as many nutrients as a regular juice."

It's a pretty intense. Process just one juice takes about 45 minutes to make.

Matthew Sherman-Owner, Jugo Fresh: "This is the pressing process with two tons of pressure the slow part is what really helps. It yields this very nutrient-dense end product."

Don't worry, the juices are made to-go and you can also order smoothies and healthy energy shots juicing junkies can't get enough.

Scott Wagner-Juice Junkie: "I feel great, I've got more energy. I've lost about 13 pounds in the process so far."

Sunset Harbour is one block party you don't want to miss.

Belkys Nerey: "There's also a Green Monkey Yoga studio and a Lululemon Athletica shop, and construction is ongoing for a load of dining and shopping options."
