At South Beach's newest hot spot -- the Hotel Victor --- something very old is new again.

Spa V Director Donna Stephenson: "It's been around for hundreds of years and it's a way of cleansing the body, that's the idea."

Enter the world of the Hamman -- one of turkey's oldest traditions.

Donna Stephenson: "If you go on holiday to Turkey, this is you'll go to a Hamman and they'll be 100 people in this room. We are doing it a bit more luxurious here."

What is it exactly. Well the whole treatment takes place on a heated marble slab. The therapist starts with a magnificent mud followed by a complete full body exfoliation a nice warm rinse and then a steam. The one hour process takes place in the comforts of a private room.

Donna Stephenson: "To have someone wash the body is just the most amazing experience because we all shower everyday, but to actually have someone do that for you, it's just wonderful."

At Le Meridien Hotel's "Le Spa" in Sunny Isles their signature line features one lavish ingredient that's simply delicious.

Le Spa features a caviar infused product line from the caspian sea.

Belkys: "Smells good doesn't taste fishy at all."

This decadent delicacy helps cleanse the skin and prevents antiaging -- dream come true!

Belkys: "So what is it in the caviar that's good for the skin?"

Le Spa Facial Specialist Marcela: "It's protein rich and antioxidants it also has amino acids, which is going to promote cell renewal in your skin."

The Caviar Line firms tones refines and hydrates the skin. And yes you will leave smelling like a rose.

Belkys: "I feel like cells are re-generating!"
