MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A music superstar may be in trouble with the law once again.

Pop singer Chris Brown allegedly stole a woman's cell phone after she tried to snap photos of him outside a South Florida nightclub, Saturday night.

That night, Brown hosted an All-Star Weekend party at the Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach. Pictures posted on worldredeye.com showed Brown was all smiles as he posed for pictures with fans.

However, according to an incident report filed several hours after the party, 24-year-old Christal Spann told police she and her friends followed Brown and rapper Tyga as they exited the club through a side door.

The two artists got into Brown's black Bentley, the report continued, when Spann said she walked up to the car to take a picture of Brown with her iPhone.

Spann told police as soon as she snapped the photo, Brown reached through the car window, grabbed the phone, and yelled, "B****, you ain't going to put that on no website."

According to Miami Beach Police, the Bentley took off with the victim's iPhone still inside.

Brown now stands accused of robbery by sudden snatching.

The accusations come at a time where Brown is being criticized for collaborating on two songs with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, whom he was convicted of physically abused.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle released the following statement: "My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken. This is the basic process that every criminal case in Miami-Dade County undergoes."

Miami Beach Police continue to investigate.

Brown remains on probation for abuse charges involving Rihanna in 2009. If arrested, he will be sent back to jail.
