Hulk Hogan's son won't attend deposition

Hulk Hogan's son won't attend deposition

CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) -- The son of Hulk Hogan will not have to travel to Florida to give a deposition in a lawsuit filed against him regarding a friend who was left with permanent brain damage.

A Pinellas-Pasco circuit judge agreed with Nick Bollea's attorney Wednesday that there was no need for Bollea to leave California, where he now lives, to give a deposition next week in Florida. However, the judge ordered Bollea to return to the state to be deposed on Dec. 11.

The family of John Graziano, the passenger who was seriously injured after Bollea's car crashed in Clearwater in 2007, is suing Bollea and his family for millions of dollars they say they need for Graziano's ongoing care.

Although Graziano has left the Tampa hospital, the family says he will need a lifetime of medical care.
