Man accused in robbery, shooting arrested

NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The man suspected of robbing and shooting another man has been arrested.

Police caught up with the 18-year-old accused of the Thursday early morning shooting in the area of 53rd Street and Northwest 27th Avenue, near the Brownsville Metrorail station.

Jose Figueroa, 42, was on his way to work when he was robbed and shot. Figueroa was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
