Police swarmed the weight loss clinic on Aug. 17 along 206th Street and Biscayne Boulevard. A receptionist inside at the time managed to escape and call police for help.
Receptionist: "Hello."
Dispatcher: "Yes, what happened next door, ma'am?"
Receptionist: "There's a man who came to my office, he went to my bathroom. I was checking, and I opened the window, he have a gun in his hand and he hit my window."
Dispatcher: "Is he still in there?"
Receptionist: "I don't know, he's in my bathroom. I don't know, I just went through the back door."
