Woman struck and killed by bus

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- An elderly woman has died after she was hit by a charter bus.

Seventy-six-year-old Elisa Rascon was crossing the street along Collins Avenue and 10th Street on South Beach when she was hit by the bus.

Miami Beach Police said, Rascon was not using a crosswalk, and no charges will be filed against the bus driver.
