HOLLYWOOD BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Water warnings at a South Florida beach continue remain in effect.

Broward County Health Department officials recommended that people not swim at the area of Hollywood Beach near Harrison Street at A1A. Beach water samples failed to meet state standards for acceptable bacteria levels. Results from follow-up tests will determine when it is safe for residents to swim again.

It is safe to swim in all other Broward County beaches.

On Wednesday, another swim warning was issued for Key Biscayne's Crandon Park North in Miami-Dade County. This advisory remains in effect.
