Poll suggests recall of Alvarez and Seijas
MIAMI (WSVN) -- A recall may be on the horizon for a pair of Miami-Dade officials.
A Miami Herald poll suggests that the majority of voters want the county's mayor and one of its commissioners recalled. According to the poll, 67 percent of voters surveyed want Mayor Carlos Alvarez recalled, 18 percent say he should keep his job, while 15 percent are undecided.
The survey also weighed in on Commissioner Natacha Seijas. According to the poll, 60 percent think she should be removed from office while 22 percent said she should stay in District 13.
The Miami Herald poll has a 4.9 percent margin of error.
Early voting is already underway across Miami-Dade County.
