Broward cleared of FCAT cheating
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Broward County Schools has been cleared of wrongdoing after being investigated for widespread cheating problems on the FCAT.
The Florida Department of Education flagged Broward after noticing a high number of incorrect test answers that had been erased and changed to the right answer.
Thirteen other school districts were flagged, including Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
