Lebron James' shoes hit S. Fla. store

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (WSVN) -- As of Friday afternoon, customers can get their hands on the new Lebron James' "Miami Night" shoes.
Shoe lovers and James' fans lined up Thursday to get a wristband that guaranteed them a pair of the limited edition shoes. Others lined up Friday morning and waited till they went on sale, just after noon.
The eager fans who braved the long lines said it was well worth the wait. "It's a Miami-only release, only 500 pairs made. They're not coming out anywhere else in the United States. This is a special shoe, and we're collectors, so we had to get them," said one fan.
"It's amazing how many people come out here and show support and love to the Heat and to our players. To have a collector's item like this is just amazing," said another fan.
The shoes can only be found at one store: Niketown at Sunset Place in South Miami. The cost of the shoes: $160, but if you can't find them in the store, the sneakers are already on eBay for a pricey $549.
