2 men accused in rape make bond court appearance

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Two brothers accused in a sexual attack appeared before a judge Thursday.

Jorge and Edgar Jacinto have been charged with sexual battery after, police said, they raped a woman in North Miami Beach.

According to investigators, the victim was inebriated and passed out after leaving a birthday party in the 1900 block of North Glades Drive, when she was attacked.

A neighbor described what she witnessed. "When I went to bed, all of a sudden, I see the police and everything. I came out, and then, they say she was raped," the neighbor said.

Police are still searching for three more men accused in the attack.
