Man accused in daughter's abduction denied bond
MIAMI (WSVN) -- A man accused of abducting his own child has been denied bond.
Police said last March, Samuel Montes ran away with his now 3-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Angelina.
Authorities recently arrested Montes, but Angelina is still missing.
On Friday, Montes appeared in court and was denied bond, as he did not have custody of Angelina when he took her, and he also has an open abuse investigation regarding his missing daughter.
Authorities believe a dispute between the child's parents led to her disappearance.
There is still no word on Angelina's whereabouts.
