Smiley face put on student's class photo

SUNRISE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A South Florida student's face has been blurred after a parent didn't want their child participating in a class photo.

The photo was taken at Sawgrass Elementary school in Sunrise for their yearbook.

A photography studio used a brown, cartoon smiley face to blur out the student's face. Apparently, that child's parent didn't want their son or daughter to participate in "picture day."

The principal has since rescheduled the photo shoot.
