HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have arrested a man after he stole a truck with two potbelly piglets inside.

Charlie Borquin had his truck stolen Tuesday. He had been doing some work on a sprinkler system on Hollywood Boulevard, west of Interstate 95, Tuesday afternoon when his truck was stolen along with the two pigs inside.

A neighbor said he saw a man carrying a bag take off with Borquin's truck. Borquin sells the pigs to supplement his income.

Several people spotted his white Mazda pickup truck with "Pot Belly Pigs for sale" written on the outside of the truck and reported that someone had been seen trying to sell the pigs.

Borquin found one of the missing pigs roaming the streets. "She was very upset," he said tearfully. "She knows she's safe now. I just want to find her bother, and then everything will be all right. Huh, baby?"

Though Borquin found one pig, he was still on the hunt for the second one. He went on foot roaming the streets and neighborhoods in search of his pig.

Then, the Broward Sheriff's Office called Borquin and gave him great news. "I just got a call from the Broward Sheriff's Office, and they said a homeless guy found him. He was in the fields," he said.

Luck was on Borquin's side, as he received a second call saying deputies found his truck.

BSO deputies found it on Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach. "It's apparently in one piece, thank God," said Borquin.

The suspect, 30-year-old Frantz Aboubaker, bailed from the vehicle and gave chase, but police stopped him with a Taser, and he was taken to the hospital.

Aboubaker has been charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and resisting a law enforcement officer. He remains in jail, after a judge denied him bond.
