Driver who crashed into storefront arrested

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The driver responsible for crashing into a South Florida store has come forward.
The owner of Eastern United Insurance said police have arrested 46-year-old Liana Echavarria Sotolongo, who crashed into his storefront. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
Police said Sotolongo took off running after slamming the car she was driving into the front entrance of the insurance business on Southwest 72nd Street and 157th Avenue, Saturday morning.
The business will remain closed until repairs are completed.
