Man surrenders to police after hit-and-run
SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) -- A hit-and-run suspect accused of critically injuring a University of Miami student surrendered to police.
Luis Felipe Moya arrived at the South Miami Police Department Tuesday after being arrested in New York City.
Moya is now expected to face charges in Miami.
He is accused of striking Eliza Gresh at the intersection of US-1 and 57th Avenue.
Gresh remains in a coma.
