HOMESTEAD, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have identified a woman who was found dead behind a South Florida home.
Authorities found the body of 29-year-old Phyllis Cotton inside a bag outside of a house in Homestead, Monday morning.
Police are investigating Cotton's death as a homicide and are still searching for suspects.
