911 call from Trayvon Martin's father released
SANFORD, Fla. (WSVN) -- Officials have newly released 911 recordings from the night Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
His father, Tracy Martin, called dispatchers after realizing Trayvon was missing. This is prior to him finding out about the shooting.
"I'd like to file a missing person's report, because it hasn't really been 24 hours. I'm from Miami and my son is up here with me. He left. I'm in Sanford and he doesn't really know anyone up here."
George Zimmerman is awaiting trial for the February shooting.
The neighborhood watchman has claimed self-defense.
