McDonald's armed robbery caught on camera

OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (WSVN) -- Cameras were rolling as three armed thieves held up employees and customers at a fast food restaurant.
The three gunmen robbed an Oakland Park McDonald's, Saturday night.
The restaurant's security cameras captured the armed robbers as they walked through the front door with their faces covered. The trio quickly made their way behind the counter.
At one point, the crooks appeared to talk to each other, as if they were trying to figure out how to proceed with the robbery.
The men can be seen grabbing cash from the registers, then heading to the back room and searching for the restaurant's safe.
While one of the robbers held a female employee at gunpoint, she opened the safe, then stood with her arms in the air.
Once they took the money from the safe, the crooks fled from the scene.
McDonald's customers who saw the images of the armed robbery are now concerned that more violence may be on the way. "The days that we're living in, I think we're gonna start seeing more of this kind of stuff," one customer said.
No one was injured in the robbery.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of the armed robbers, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
