Fire erupts at local car wash

DAVIE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Fierce flames tore through a car wash at a local gas station early Friday morning.

Davie Police and Fire Rescue responded to the blaze at the Automated Car Wash outside of a BP gas station along Northwest 136th Street and State Road 84.

According to a store clerk, small flames were coming from the car wash, and within minutes, the entire structure caught fire.

The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
