SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Authorities have released new video in hopes of catching three men who robbed a family after posing as police officers.

According to Miami-Dade Police, at around 1:30 a.m. last Friday three men with guns robbed a house located on Southwest 312th Street and 195th Avenue.

Fidel Gonzalez said the three men held him and his family members at gunpoint and stole several items from inside the house. "He had a gun to my head and told me he's robbing my house, that's it," said Gonzalez.

Authorities said the five victims, including two children, were sleeping when the crooks startled them.

Gonzalez, 54, has an arrest history dating from 1986 to 2007. He has been charged with cocaine possession, theft and dealing with stolen property, among other things.

If you have any information on this robbery, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
